I know your software says it’s installed, but I found problems recently with NetExtender and Global VPN Client that would not properly install network adapter interfaces until we ran the installer twice. Don’t remove it first, just install it over its existing installation files. Rebooting does always fix the problem. Reinstall netextender, use revo uninstaller and also look up the guide to clean uninstall netextender, there’s a few reg keys and folders to delete that revo misses.
