The strength of Eleonora pole blade is the ash of war and base bleed/fire damage. Godskin peeler is excellent but my favourite is Knight twinblade because it has great reach and scales with strength. Haven't tried the weapon skill in PVP, I imagine it would get you killed by anybody that knows how to avoid it, but in PVE is does great poise damage and good damage + bleed. I dual wield it with a Blood Godskin Peeler (111 bleed). With Rotten Winged Sword Insignia and Lord of Blood's Exultation it seems to do pretty well. Not a PVP weapon.It is better to dual wield at high level for pretty much every weapon unless you are using a shield, 2 handing is never needed. I believe it's really preference. I like power stance twinblades as the jump attack is really good and has multiple hits, which is nice when I'm doing a jump attack bleed build.

Hello,I have been using Arcane build PVE-only utilizing Eleonoras poleblade (+9), Dragon communition seal (+7), very rarely Sacred spear (+5 now), and some dragon incantations (rotten breath, frozen, fire etc) and then blood incantations (swarm flies, bloodboon) and flame grant me strength. I am mostly using eleonora poleblades mixed with incantations so I am playing more like a hybrid build.
