I have a mx13 and love the engine very reliable and good power for the size of the engine. No leaks and does not use oil. Very easy to maintain yourself. As far as longevity my brother and his wife run team air freight their trk just went passed 1 million with the mx 13. Still doing well and still getting good oil sample results.Changes from 10 to 13 included commonrail fuel injection, electronic egr and bpv valves, high mount egr cooler for starters.
