After the patch, light load rolls were greatly buffed to travel a really far distance compared to medium roll. There's no difference in other movements' speed and no difference in iFrames. With patch 1.09, light load was slightly nerfed because it used to pretty much break PvP, but it still has a significantly longer roll than medium roll

I kind of agree, medium roll feels better in Elden Ring to me and I've not been able to put my finger on why exactly.
