I've never been a Kilij fan, I usually go Uchigatana. But If you prefer it keep using it, skill is much more important then pure damage in souls.The Uchigatana is primarily a Dex weapon, Quality simply gives it a C/C scaling rather than it's innate E/D. If you've invested heavily into a good balance between STR and DEX, Quality is the path to go.
