You will miss a lot of kills due to simply not hitting. I've got 430kc with ibans staff and rune crossbow. my kills are as average as 3-4 minutes, 5 minutes if I'm unlucky, fastest kill is 2:23 but that was with lucky dragonstone bolt procs. reason I have that many kills though is I got serp helmet on 4 kc.
