I was flustered and didn't really know what to say, so I just handed him a bit of cash to pay for the item. Plus you're spending $15-$20/day in gas if you shop all day. The money isn't what it used to be, gas is higher than it used to be, it's not a great time to be an IC shopper anymore. Not anymore. It used to be reasonably good money, but IC is incredibly greedy, and now it's difficult to make even $100 a day.Instacart promotion is a scam. Instacart in my area says they'll guarantee $74 if you complete at least 4 batches today but most batches are doubles, triples and they only count a double or triple as 1 batch apparently. It's almost impossible to do 4 without making more then the $74. This promotion is pretty much worthless.
